Repair: 

WOC owns repair labs equipped with latest test equipment's & functional panels to ensure effective repair, supporting their 0% failure policy. These labs are operated by Engineers with loads of experience in the field of Speedtronic cards' repair.

 

   

Test With Certification: 

WOC supports end users to test & certify their shelf stock at a nominal fee. This eliminates the risk of end users finding parts in their shelf stock faulty at the time of emergency requirements.

Exchange:

WOC is open to the option of Exchanging defective cards with working cards. Cards supplied under this programme carries a warranty of 18 months.

Warranty:

WOC provides an unconditional warranty of 24 months for supply of Speedtronic cards & 12 months for repairs of Speedtronic cards. Exchanged cards will carry a warranty period of 18 Months.
